For each of the rebates, you will need to include the proof-of-purchase tab from the UP movie (the movie has 2 tabs on the back...so you have 1 for each rebate). You will also need to include a receipt showing the purchase of the movie...both rebates will accept photo copies of the receipt. Each rebate also has a couple other submission requirements so make sure you read them.
After the $9 in rebates, UP will only cost you $.99! What a great deal!
