Great deals at Albertsons (June 3-9)!

If you like cereal and milk, here's a great deal!

Buy 4 boxes of Kellogg's cereals (listed in this weeks ad)* for $14, get 3 boxes free. PLUS, you will receive an instant coupon at the checkstand for 3 gallons of free milk (on your next purchase)! I did this and got 3 separate coupons for free milk (up to $3 value on each gallon). So, you basically get 7 boxes of cereal and 3 gallons of milk for $14. If you have any cereal coupons, the deal could be even better!
*The eligible Kellogg's cereals are:
Corn Flakes 18 oz
Frosted Flakes 23 oz
Rice Krispies 18 oz
Corn Pops 17.2 oz
Froot Loops 17 oz
Apple Jacks 17 oz

And there is also a great deal on meat. In the Albertsons ad, there are some great meat coupons:
* Buy 1 pre-seasoned Albertsons Boneless Pork Loin Chops, Get 2 Free.
* Buy 1 Albertsons Petite Sirloin Steaks, Get 2 Free.
* Buy 1 Tyson Center Cut or Regular Bacon, Get 2 Free.

If you haven't done so already, check the comments section for a good deal on cereal at Tom Thumb as well. Thanks Jennifer for the info! If you need coupons for the General Mills cereal at Tom Thumb go here.

oh yeah, and if you already have shopping to do for some other things, the cereal deal at Tom Thumb is better this week --- 4/$6, but there is a coupon for $1/3 -- so if you buy 4, its 4/$5 bucks ... or 1.25/bx -- but you have to spend $20 to use this ---

    At Albertson's- its 14 - 3 (for the milk) = $11 divided by 7 (boxes of ceral) = 1.57/box

  3. You actually get 3 coupons for milk for the cereal deal. So, here's my math for the deal:
    $14 for cereal
minus $9 (three $3 coupons for free milk)
divided by 7 boxes of cereal
equals $.71 per box of cereal.

  5. I went to Albertsons and bought their pork chops, steaks and bacon. Got enough meat (not counting the bacon) for 9 meals...then all the bacon plus some grapes ($1 per pound) for around $30. You just can't beat that. The pork chops come 4 to a package..so for us I just wrapped 2 for each meal and put them all in the freezer.
